Order Adjustments

If you need to cancel your order, please message us within 2 hours of placing your order. 

After this time period, we cannot cancel orders as the packing & shipping process has begun.

Damages and product issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours from the date of receipt to open a claim with us. After that, we are no longer liable for any damages/replacements. 

Refund/Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at olivianyxdesign@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items once they have been shipped out to you.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items or gift cards. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Project Orders Return policy

Order Adjustments

If you notice that you have made an error in your order and need to adjust any customization or typos, please contact us immediately. Typically we have a processing time of 4 hours after placing your order that we may be able to make minor adjustments to your order. If production has started on your items, no order adjustments can be made.

After this time period, all sales are final.

Return Policy

No refunds are given unless there has been a mistake/typo made by Olivia Nyx Design. If we have made a mistake, please notify us within 24 hours.

Refunds are not provided if you rip, damage or misplace your stickers when applying.

We ship via USPS and/or UPS. No refunds if USPS and/or UPS fail to deliver the order, the order goes missing, or is delayed. As these are beyond our control, once handed to USPS and/or UPS.
