Shipping policy
- We try our best to ship your order out the same day if we received payment before 4 pm MST. However, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to get your order shipped.
- Once we have prepared your order and printed shipping labels, we will send you your tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for USPS/UPS to update the tracking information. We ship out the same day your label is created. Unless it is created on a holiday and/or weekend. In that case, we take all weekend packages to be shipped out Monday morning (or the first business day following the holiday).
- Please make sure that you double-check your mailing address before submitting your order. We will mail out your package to the address you submitted.
- Olivia Nyx Design is not responsible for packages delivered to a mistyped or invalid address.
- All packages are insured with the carrier therefore, Olivia Nyx Design is not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages, during transit. The shipping carrier is responsible for any and all mail pieces after we drop them off. We will do our very best to assist you with any missing packages but you will have to submit a claim with the carrier.
- Should any item arrive defective or damaged, you have 48 hours from the date of receipt to open a claim with us. After that, we are no longer liable for any damages/replacements.
Flat rate shipping policy
- We offer Flat Rate Shipping on all orders to our U.S. & U.S. Territory customers. (see chart below)
- Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to heavy items (orders weighing over 30 lbs). Orders weighing over 30 lbs receive a 30% shipping discount off our commercial rates.

- Olivia Nyx Design reserves the right to change this offer at any time.
